Hunter’s Dream was established by Alex and Jina, who are also the founders of Nature’s Care. As the name suggests, the winery is located in the renowned Hunter Valley wine region. The wines are crafted by winemakers, Kees Van de Scheur and David Fatches, who hold an impressive experience in the industry. Together they add a layer of quality that the Hunter’s Dream estate is known for.
