WHY DO WE LIKE THIS WINE

This marvellous dry white wine displays elegance with a clean, natural sharpness. It has an average intensity but keeps a robust combination owing to an integration of fresh citrus and tropical fruits. The wine has a pale yellow-gold hue accented by flecks of green in the glass. The nose is filled with vibrant and lively aromas of zesty citrus and stone fruits, youthful green apples, citrus blossoms, lime, melons and freshly cut grass with laid-back scents of wood spice and green bean. The palate experiences juicy fruit flavours with a textural grapefruit grip and crispy earthiness. The flavour profile is balanced with a lingering tart finish providing a contrast to the racy acidity. Best served chilled, this wine pairs well with seared scallops, sashimi, smoked salmon, freshly shucked oysters and goat cheese.
