Pretty Good

A cool-climate wine, Jansz Premium Cuvee was produced using grape batches that were stored separately, exposed to secondary fermentation in the bottle and aged on yeast lees. The resultant wine displays a murky greenish-brown colour. The lifted nose gives off aromas of honeysuckle and citrus, with underlying notes of nougat, roasted nuts and strawberry from the Pinot Noir counterpart. The palate is balanced and refreshing, filled with soft fruits and smooth creaminess leading to a lingering and clean finale reminiscent of nougat and citrus. Scallops with ginger and lime zest is a preferred food match with this elegant wine.
