Pretty Good

: Grapes for this premium red were hand harvested and naturally fermented after which it was allowed to mature for a period of 6 months in 4-year-old French oak barriques. Laissez Faire which literally means “let it be” itself suggests that no yeast, acid or enzymes were added in winemaking process. The result is a gorgeous medium-purple coloured wine, exuding aromas of black cherries, earth and spice along mineral notes. The palate is dominated by red flowery fruit flavours along with subtle slate-like minerality. Complemented by fine tannins, it eventually culminates in a lingering finale. This varietal can best be enjoyed with grilled lamb, barbecued lamb ribs or beef stew.
