Pretty Good

: Larry Cherubino Pedestal Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted with the concept of putting the fruit over any winemaking construct. In an elegant wine glass, the drink displays a deep, inky purple colour. As you take a whiff, the classic blackcurrant perfume of Cabernet Sauvignon pleases your nose. Since fruit expression has been given precedence, this Australian red wine isn't too oaky. The vibrant palate replicates in taste, with flavours of blackcurrant coupled with the warmth of bay leaf. Undertones of chocolate and cedar add to the flavoursome palate, while soft and silky tannins complete it, altogether culminating in a lovely and lengthy finale. Cellar it up to a decade for a rewarding experience! Serve alongside a chargrilled rump with roasted bone marrow to have a filling and pleasing meal.
