The grapes used to produce Lloyd Brothers Sauvignon Blanc were harvested, gently pressed and then fermented. A small portion of the juice was also fermented in French oak. The resulting wine shows a pale straw hue accompanied by a dark green rim. The aromatic nose offers vibrant scents of tropical fruits. The fresh and lively palate is rife with flavours of Granny Smith apples, green peas, asparagus and citrus zest, coupled with light suggestions of fresh berries and gooseberries. This wonderful Sauv Blanc ends in a dry and generous finish marked by natural acidity. It tastes great, served cold with pan fried salmon, fried chicken and Brie cheese.

Lloyd Brothers Wine and Olive Company is a family owned wine company located in the picturesque McLaren Vale region, SA. The company was established by Matthew and Davis Lloyd. After nurturing several lush vineyards in the Adelaide Hills region, the Lloyd brothers purchased the 70-acre Olive Grove property located in the Seaview sub region of McLaren Vale, in 2001.
