Here we have taken the heritage of classical varietals and the introduced the best of modern Australian wine making.The grapes for this wine were sourced from various irrigated and premium dry land vineyards. They were picked at optimum ripeness to ensure the true varietal flavours are prominent. The grapes were then crushed and the juice fermented for 7 days before being pressed. After this the wine underwent secondary malolactic fermentation and blending to create this outstanding wine. The final steps involved oak maturation, filtration and bottling.
