Hints of black pepper, spice, vanilla and sweet toasty oak add complexity to the nose. The palate is soft and full bodied with flavours of blackberry and cherry. Fine tannins and toasty oak provide excellent length to the palate, while balancing out the wine perfectly. This Shiraz can be enjoyed with beef prosciutto, black bean soup, or blue cheese with caramelized onion dip.
