McWilliams McW 480 Pinot Grigio 2020 Tumbarumba - 6 Bottles
Availability: In stock

McW 480 Pinot Grigio displays a light straw colour with yellow tints. The aromatic bouquet exhibits floral scents of spice and rose petals. A sip of the wine presents lively flavours of gala apple and spicy nashi pear flavours. These characters combine with lingering spiciness on the clean palate to offer a crisp, long and refreshing finale. This light to medium bodied Pinot Grigio has been crafted for consumption fresh and young, upon release. Suggested food pairings include mushroom and ricotta quiche, and tomato-basil marinated grilled prawns.

McWilliam’s Wines was founded in 1877, by wine enthusiast Samuel McWilliam. He passed away in the year 1902. In 1913, J.J. McWilliam carted 50,000 grapevines to Riverina and planted them in a nursery. He watered these vines with water sourced from elsewhere until irrigation arrived the next year. John James McWilliam pioneered the industry in the region, in years to follow. More recently, the brand celebrated 140 years of its establishment. Every bottle of wine by McWilliam’s captures six generations of winemaking experience.
