Fermented in aged French oak, the wine exhibits fragrances of slow-poached pears and creamy nut butter. It's delicious and savoury on the palate showcasing layered characters of baked apple and poached pear, with a soft and rounded texture. It tastes amazing with creamy mushrooms on toast, or pan-fried salmon with nam prik num dressing.
