A mild spring led to the cultivation of balanced grapevines, with the fruit being cold soaked and fermented using yeast lees. This elegant Pinot Noir from Nautilus Estate displays a dark ruby-red colour. Pleasing fragrances of wild blackberries, plums, floral notes and spices flow off its bouquet. The medium-bodied and well-structured palate shows marvellous intensity and depth, providing a classy and persistent finale. This wine can be cellared for about 5 years from vintage, tasting exceptional accompanied by Venison with Star Anise.
