: The grapes used to craft this enticing Oakridge Local Vineyard Series Arneis were handpicked and whole bunch pressed into French oak puncheons for natural fermentation. It is a golden straw hued wine exuding fresh aromas of ripe pears, honeysuckle and jasmine from its fragrant bouquet, coupled with hints of spice and hay. The rich and elegant palate is rife with sweet fruit flavours of pear, yellow stone fruit and ginger lily, which further integrate with subtle hay characters and textural phenolics, to end in a savoury and refreshing climax. This wonderful white varietal tastes amazing with cheese pasta, chicken, and veal with buttery sauces.
