: The handpicked grapes used to craft this dazzling Over The Shoulder Chardonnay were chilled and whole bunch crushed into barrels for natural fermentation. The grapes were further treated with yeast lees for 10 months and cold stabilized before storing in bottles. This exquisite Chardonnay displays a pale straw colour with dark green hues. The vibrant bouquet exudes fresh aromas which intermix with delicious nectarine and mineral nuances on the medium-bodied palate, to provide a finely textured structure and a lengthy finish to the wine. Drink this wonderful white wine with seasoned pork dishes, toasted nuts or crisp-skinned roast chicken.

WINERY INFORMATION:

Oakridge is a family-owned winery, restaurant and cellar door located in the heart of Yarra Valley. The winemaking team crafts an award-winning range of easy drinking as well as premium wines under the supervision of Chief Winemaker, David Bicknell. The company was established in 1978 and is currently situated at 864, Maroondah Highway in Coldstream, Victoria.
