: The fruit used to craft Oakridge Over The Shoulder Pinot Noir was handpicked, destemmed, naturally fermented, and then pressed into a combination of barriques, puncheons and hogsheads to allow malolactic conversion. The resulting wine shows a deep cherry red colour with dark red hues highlighting the edges. The attractive bouquet gives off mesmerizing aromas of pomegranate, raspberry, musk, blood plum, spicy cherry fruit and cinnamon. The crunchy and intense palate contains ripe flavours of black and red fruits as well as alpine strawberries, coupled with preserved cherry and cranberry nuances. These elegant fruit characters offer a nice layer of acidity, concluding in a lingering finish. This delightful Pinot Noir is a great match to foods like grilled salmon, roasted chicken, casseroles and pastas.

Located on Maroondah Highway in Coldstream, Victoria, Oakridge is a family-owned and operated wine company producing a diverse range of award winning and easy drinking wines. Oakridge was originally established in the year 1978 and has been supported by the Atlas / D’Aloisio family since 2007.
