: Omni Blue Moscato is the sweetest of the Omni family of sparkling wines. Its colour is pale straw with a youthful green hue. Subtle aromas of honeysuckle, vanilla, bean, perfume, jasmine and caramel are given off by the nose. Its palate is soft, sweet and luscious. Front flavours include apricot, peach, nectarine, orange and Meyer lemon. It is an aromatic sparkling Moscato with tropical fruit flavours that end on a smooth finish. This Moscato is perfect for those with a sweet tooth and is suitable for most occasions. Because of its sweet disposition, this sparkling wine goes well with fruits and cheese, specifically medium to firm sheep or cow’s milk cheeses.
