The bouquet reveals aromas of raspberry, blackberry, spicy plum, toffee apple, and subtle pomegranate & pepper nuances. These lovely fragrances are followed by a rich & intense palate showcasing ripe red cherries, spicy mulberries, chocolate and Christmas pudding. Accompanied by a touch of cranberry and star anise notes, these characteristics together culminate in a harmonious finish. You may enjoy it with roast chicken, pork or charcuterie.
