Poured into a glass, this Sauv Blanc reveals a straw colour. A whiff of the wine offers fresh lemon sorbet, gooseberry, grassy herbaceous and guava aromas. These fragrances pave the way for a matching palate showcasing similar flavours along with subtle passionfruit, citrus, apricot and chickpea notes. A vibrant & balanced drink, it eventually culminates in a flavoursome finish marked by natural acidity. It pairs exceptionally with seafood & poultry dishes.

One of the oldest family-owned wineries in Australia, Pirramimma was established in the year 1892 by Alexander Campbell Johnson. The name, he took from an Aboriginal word, meaning ‘the moon & the stars’. Being a part of the industry for over 125 years now, the brand has earned an international recognition as well. It has won various awards including “Best Australian Wine Producer” for 3 consectuive years at AWC Vienna - International Wine Challenge.
