As a result of fermentation using cultured yeasts and maturation in stainless steel, this Pinot Gris is fruit-driven and bursting with apple, melon and juicy pear flavours with a bright and crisp palate. Owing to its zesty quality and refreshing appeal, this wine is the perfect companion to light dishes that feature fresh vegetables and raw fish.
