Bremerton Vintners Pty Ltd is a family-owned wine company located in the scenic Langhorne Creek wine region of South Australia. The company is owned by the Willson family, and the winemaking team is headed by family winemaker Rebecca Willson. In 1988, Bremerton Wines released their first wine – 57 dozen of Cabernet Sauvignon.

TASTING NOTES:

Coulthard Cabernet Sauvignon features a deep purple-red colour with light magenta highlights. The perfumed nose gives off scents of ripe cassis with light savoury notes, which combine with ripe dark fruit flavours on the lush and balanced palate, to end in a silky and textural climax. This delightful Cabernet has been crafted to relish upon release, but can also be cellared for 4 or more years to give it time to develop gracefully. It tastes great with Mediterranean dishes, red meats and a variety of cheeses.
