TASTING NOTES

This elegant SSB from Cape View is a wonderful blend of cool climate Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes. It shows a pale straw colour lined by light green tinges. Semillon provides snappy as well as grassy characters to the mix, while Sauvignon Blanc grapes give the wine a crisp and racy structure. This wine is ideal for a medium-term cellaring period. Pair it with shellfish, tuna, or rich desserts for an appealing meal.
