TASTING NOTES

Deep golden robe, with generous effervescence. On the nose autumnal and warm, with surprising aromas of praline and lightly toasted hazelnuts. The meticulous seection of pinot noir and chardonnay heralds the complex personaliy of this champagne. On the palate the incredible balance offers a firmness expected of great champagne as well as an autumnal unctuousness which one might anticipate from the climatic condition offered by this vintage, characterized by generous flavours of dried apricots, dates and figs which delicately coat the palate. With a creamy texture and long finish, the distinctive perosnality of this wine is the perfect companion for a gourmet lunch.
