This mouth-watering wine range was crafted under the supervision of skilled winemaker Corey Ryan, using unconventional winemaking techniques and styles.

TASTING NOTES:

This pale yellow hued Chardonnay exudes pleasing scents of white peach, stone fruit, struck match and creamy oak from its perfumed nose. The bold and intense palate is rife with flavours of guava, melon and peach, coupled with light hints of toasty oak. These wonderful characters are balanced by fresh acidity, which eventually paves the way for a soft and dry finale. Suggested food pairings for Elephant In The Room Chardonnay include seafood risotto, bay scallop chowder, and avocado and tuna tapas.
