WINERY INFORMATION

Vineyard

The aim is to make absolutely delicious, handcrafted wines that are slightly alternative in the way they are made or with the fruit that is used. Our mantra is minimal intervention and where possible we aim to work with growers using sustainable vineyard methods. There are approximately 200 dozen of each wine made.

TASTING NOTES

Clear pale straw in colour. It has an array of complex aromas including fresh pear, honeysuckle with a hint of citrus, honey, almond and melon. It is full bodied and almost creamy on the palate with hints of lemon, lime, honey and gingerbread. The finish lingers and it almost feels as though you have just eaten a toffee apple sprinkled with cinnamon.
