Located on Expo Court in Mount Waverley, the winery was established in the year 1968. This wine was named Lucie’s Promise, after Andrew McPherson’s granddaughter - Lucie Inara Mourad, who represents the strength and hope of the family’s new generation.

TASTING NOTES:

The fruit for this dazzling Rose was harvested and then the juice obtained was run off the skins. This resulted in the production of a fuchsia coloured wine. The fragrant nose is perfumed with strawberry and raspberry aromas. The dense palate is rife with intense fruit flavours coupled with mint undertones. These characters culminate in a satisfying finale. This alluring Rose from McPherson Wine Co. can be cellared for two years. Drink it chilled as an aperitif with antipasto or spicy Thai noodles.
