TASTING NOTES

Mojo Prosecco is appealing and approachable with aromas of fresh cut crunchy green apple and zingy but creamy lemon-lime highlights, think lemon meringue and fresh strawberries. The palate is soft and approachable with a mouth filling freshness balanced with brilliant crisp acidity.
