This dry rosé comes from the high-altitude vineyards of Orange — a region known for its crisp air, volcanic soils, and expressive wines. Made from 100% Sangiovese, it’s a rosé that leans more savoury than sweet, with bright fruit, clean acidity and a refreshingly crisp finish. It’s bottled young, made to be enjoyed now, and perfect for relaxed afternoons or light food pairings.

Tasting Notes
Beautiful rose-gold hue in the glass. Up front, there’s strawberry and blueberry on the nose, with just a soft touch of creaminess. On the palate, it’s dry, fresh and vibrant — with juicy red berry flavours and a lovely savoury edge that keeps it interesting. Bright acidity gives it that extra lift without overwhelming the fruit.

Vintage
2023 was cool and slow, perfect for Sangiovese. The grapes ripened with bright natural acidity and clean fruit flavour — a combination that really shines in this rosé.

Winemaking
The fruit was harvested gently and fermented in stainless steel to keep things crisp and clean. No oak here — just pure fruit expression, bottled young to capture its freshness and vitality.
