Product Description

Appearance: Clear and bright medium yellow.

Nose: Fresh and clean revealing an array of stone fruits, pear and cashews.

Palate: Intense and well balanced revealing peach, grapefruit and spice notes that lead to a clean mineral finish. Integrated French oak and controlled lees contact adds a further level of depth.

Notes: The oak barrels used in this Chardonnay were all sourced from Burgundian coopers, including Meyrieux, Damy, Billon, Sirugue, Marsannay and Nadalie. The barrels were all fine grained and medium toasted, and were originally harvested from the forest Alliers, Nevers and Vosges.
