Three Elms is named after three sisters: Emily, Laura, and Molly. Their wine reflects their family unity and gratitude towards the previous generations that guided them. Growing up, they were deeply immersed in the wine industry, from sneaking grapes to assisting in the winery. While only one sister formally entered the wine profession, all have a shared passion for it and cherish their moments together over a glass of wine.

Tasting Notes :

The Late Harvest Riesling 2019 displays a straw hue with a clear rim. It's medium-bodied and semi-sweet. The aroma offers candied citrus, fresh jasmine, lychee, and quince. When tasted, it reveals flavours of ripe apricot, orange blossom honey, and hints of ginger and rosemary. The wine maintains a balanced acidity, making it a great choice for spicy Asian or Latin dishes.
