Red Claw Chardonnay 2019 Mornington Peninsula 375ml - 12 Bottles
Availability: In stock

The vintage experienced a cold and dry winter, a dry spring and a cooler than average summer. The bright and juicy grapes that yielded were hand-harvested, bunch pressed and subjected to fermentation in French oak barriques. This attractive Chardonnay displays a pale straw colour with green tints. The bouquet exhibits fragrances of citrus and stone fruits, coupled with nuances of spicy French oak. The tight palate structure presents a refreshing acidity that leads to a lengthy and complex finale. Foods like cooked shellfish, grilled fish and creamy vegetable soups pair well with this exquisite white wine.
