Pretty Good

The Sangiovese grapes used to produce this stunning Dalfarras Rosato were picked, fermented and then treated with special yeasts. This led to the creation of a beautiful pink colour accompanied by subtle hues. The perfumed nose exudes enticing aromas of strawberries, with pretty floral scents following close behind. The delicate palate packs light berry and spice flavours, culminating in a clean and dry finale. This refreshing Rosato can be consumed now or after a cellaring term of 4 years. It can be served as an aperitif on its own or with fresh prawns and oysters.
