WINERY INFORMATION:

Vineyard- The fruit for this wine was harvested from our family-owned Deakin Estate vineyards in the Murray Darling region, North West Victoria. Winemaking -The Shiraz was fermented at moderate temperatures with pump overs programmed for a desired soft tannin effect. Pressing and malolactic fermentation was followed by clarification and maturation on small amounts of premium quality French and American oak chips.

TASTING NOTES:
