The fragrant nose exudes scintillating aromas of red berries and cedary oak, with spicy notes evident in the backdrop. Sweet and creamy fruit flavours combine with soft tannins to offer a medium bodied and structured palate. This delightful Shiraz ends in a dry and lingering finale. This fantastic red wine tastes excellent with salmon, brisket and grilled eggplant.

WINERY INFORMATION:

The Redman Wines label was started in the year 1966 by Owen Redman and his wife, Edna. Owen’s father, William (Bill) had moved to Coonawarra in 1901 when he was 14 years old. Having learnt his craft at John Riddoch’s winery, he eventually bought 40 acres of vineyard with his family, in 1908. The company has become renowned for high-quality wines and is managed by the third and fourth generations now.
