Pretty Good

: This premium red is a blend of 95% Shiraz and 5% Mourvèdre. Grapes were partially whole bunch fermented and the wine was aged for a period of 16 months in French oak barrels resulting in rich and complex characteristics. Poured into a glass, it flaunts a wonderful deep red colour with hints of violet. On the nose, it exudes aromas of red berries, light spices and subtle earthy nuances. A medium-bodied palate perfectly balances these intense aromas. Matching flavours are complemented by dark forest fruits and a touch of oak. These characters are followed by a persistent finish marked by dusty tannins & chocolate notes. You may pair it with grilled lamb, barbecued spareribs or beef stew.
