Made for consumption upon release, this delightful red wine can also be enjoyed after a cellaring term of 5 years. Located on Riddoch Highway in Coonawarra, South Australia, Rymill is a family owned wine company started by Judy and Peter Rymill.The day to day functionings of the winery is carried out under the supervision of their son and Managing Director of the company, John Rymill. The winemaking team is headed by Senior Winemaker Sandrine Gimon.
