WINERY INFORMATION
Wine pioneer Johann Stein moved from Germany to Australia in the year 1838, bringing along Rhine Riesling vine cuttings. Settling down in the Southwest, he worked as a winemaker and raised a large family. Over a century later, his great-great grandson Robert planted 75 acres of the original Stein vineyard property with Shiraz grapevines, beginning a new era of the Stein winemaking legacy.
