Rymill Coonawarra Brut 2018 - 6 Bottles
Availability: In stock

This enticing Rymill Brut displays a pale straw colour with dark green hues highlighting the edges. The attractive bouquet exudes mesmerizing fruit aromas which integrate with a crisp and zesty palate containing flavours of lemon, lime and orange peel. These juicy fruit characters offer a biscuit like texture, ending the wine in a crisp, clean and dry finish. It tastes excellent with natural oysters, or seared scallops in a butter sauce.

Peter Riddoch Rymill and his wife Judy started growing grapes in 1968, and planted their first vineyard in Coonawarra six years later. In 1990, Peter began building the Rymill winery. The company is currently managed by their son John, who was appointed as Managing Director in 2008.
