: The Dark Horse Cabernet Sauvignon features a dark red colour with purple hues. Pleasant aromas of plum, blackcurrant, oak and liquorice flow from its scintillating nose. The fruit has driven and luscious palate is rife with intense flavours of dark cherries and mint, which coupled with dusty and chocolatey tannins, culminate in an enticing and lingering finish. Although it has a cellaring potential of 5 to 7 years, this wonderful Cabernet Sauvignon can also be relished upon release. It tastes marvellous with roast pork with a plum sauce, or ravioli with mushrooms and pecorino.

Rymill Coonawarra is a family owned wine estate located on Riddoch Highway in Coonawarra, South Australia. Peter began building the Rymill winery in 1990, after forging a strong reputation for his premium range of handcrafted wines. The company was established by Judy and Peter Rymill in 1974 and is currently managed by their son John.
