The Yearling Sauvignon Blanc is a pale straw coloured wine displaying light green highlights. The vibrant bouquet gives off lifted aromas of tropical fruits, honeydew melons, white peaches and grapefruits. The palate is rich and crisp, brimming with lively flavours of limes and tropical fruits coupled with subtle flinty characters. The finale is lively and refreshing. Crafted to enjoy when young, this enticing white wine tastes amazing consumed either on its own, or with grilled fish and fresh seafood.

Details

Rymill Coonawarra is a family owned wine company managed by fifth generation vigneron, John Rymill. The company was established by his parents Judy and Peter Rymill, who began their career as viticulturists with an experimental vineyard in 1968. Senior Winemaker Sandrine Gimon joined the winery in July 2005. She was joined by winemaker Federico Zaina in 2012.
