This Shiraz underwent maturation in French oak (25% new) for a period of 15 months. Poured into a glass, it showcases a deep burgundy colour enhanced by brick-red hints. On the nose, it exudes bright aromas of raspberries, plums and vanillin spice. These fragrances are followed by ripe forest fruit and subtle spicy flavours. Complemented by soft oak tannins, it eventually culminates in a lengthy climax. You may pair it with meat stews, pasta bakes or grilled lamb for an enhanced experience.
