Sinapius Esmè Rouge 2020 Tasmania - 12 Bottles
Availability: Out of stock

Hand-picked, 3 weeks whole bunch carbonic maceration, wild fermented, 5 months in old oak, not fined or filtered, the first SO2 at bottling. Brilliantly clear colour; a piercing bouquet of all things red, the palate vibrantly crisp red cherry, wild strawberry and pomegranate, leaving the mouth alive and fresh.
Nestled in the cool-climate Tasmania wine region, Sinapius was established by Vaughn Dell and Linda Morice in the year 2005. They call themselves wine growers, as they place more emphasis on the fruit quality. Each vine is nurtured with individual attention resulting in small but intense yield. Using the approach of minimal intervention, they craft premium wines.
