Pinot Grigio grapes from Yarra Valley were harvested in soothingly cool mornings, loaded on top of the press and immediately de-juiced. This resulted in a white gold hued wine with green highlights and an alcohol level of 12%. White florals, lime, poaching pear and nougat aromas flow from the attractive nose, with flavours of preserved lemon, nashi pear and spice floating around in the palate. This dry Pinot Grigio wine matches wonderfully with crispy silk salmon and baby pea.

WINERY INFORMATION

Sticks Yarra Valley has been set up at a picturesque location on a single site, ideally situated just an hour away from Melbourne. The estate comprises of a winery as well as a cellar door, both of which provide a stellar view of the Estate vineyard as well as the Great Dividing ranges. They excel at crafting wines reflective of the region as well as the varietal.
