WHY DO WE LIKE THIS WINE

Sun View Wines primarily focuses on manufacturing bold, intense and full-flavoured red wines. This marvellous vintage witnessed near-perfect weather conditions in Southeast Australia, allowing the fruit to ripen slowly but splendidly. The juicy and vibrant grapes used to craft Sun View Shiraz imbibe a dark violet-red colour to the wine, with pale red hues along the edges. This full-bodied and complex wine features aromas and flavours of blackberry, subtle oak and spicy hints that lead to a delicious mouthfeel and lingering finish. It has a cellaring potential of 3 to 6 years, and tastes wonderful with mature cheeses, spicy food, and beef and lamb dishes.

WINERY INFORMATION Sun View Wines was founded with the vision to add value to the grapes grown on the Roccisano family vineyards and export their unique winemaking style to foreign markets like Canada, USA and Southeast Asia. Vince Roccisano, M.D., is also an expert viticulturist and thus, he ensures that only premium-quality fruit is used to craft all Sun View wine varietals.
