Pretty Good

Grapes for this French-style Pinot Gris were late harvested to achieve texture and complexity. It flaunts a light bronze colour. A swirl of the glass reveals citrus zest, pear and peach aromas along with musky savouriness and floral notes. These characteristics are mirrored on the palate along with crisp, lip-puckering fresh acidity. Great as an apéritif, it also pairs exceptionally with chargrilled prawns, or pasta with seafood.

WINERY INFORMATION

Located in the Nagambie Lakes region, Tahbilk Estate was established in 1860. The Pubrick family bought the estate in 1925. Earlier, the winery was named after the place (‘tabilk-tabilk’, meaning ‘place of many waterholes’) where it's located in. Later an ‘h’ was added to its name. The brand’s vineyard spreads over an area of 200 hectares, home to a wide range of grape varieties.
