Pretty Good

The grapes used to craft this wonderful Pinot Grigio were handpicked in the early morning hours, whole bunch pressed, and then left on skins. The free run juice was fermented in stainless steel and then aged on lees for 6 months. The resulting wine displays a pale straw colour with delicate green tints. The expressive nose exudes fresh aromas of cut pear and white peach, coupled with exotic fruit and floral hints. The lush and full-bodied palate is rife with pear, apple and white flower flavours, balanced by soft mineral notes. This delightful Pinot Grigio ends in a crisp, dry and lingering finale. Suggested food pairings include pesto chicken, spaghetti carbonara, and creamy smoked salmon pasta.
