Pretty Good

: The Cuvée Rosé is a sparkling pale salmon pink-hued wine produced using cool-climate traditional methods, in order to bring out the varietal and regional characteristics of the fruit. The nose is greeted with strawberry and rose water aromas, with hints of nut and bread as a result of spending time on yeast lees. The palate shows a creamy strawberry flavour with remarkably luscious acidity lending the wine elegance. This wine would be a great pairing with creamy beet risottos, chicken with slow-roasted tomatoes and cheesy grits, and puff pastry tomato tarts.
