The Taylors Estate in the Clare Valley wine region of Australia has introduced a great Chardonnay wine into the market. This wine is pale straw - hued at the time of its release, along with hints of green running down the sides. Enchanting aromas of nectarines and white peach along with subtle and fragrant floral notes greet the drinker. Flavours of stone fruit and cashews coupled with underlying toasty oak notes resulting from barrel fermentation provide a delicate and clean taste in the mouth. The refreshing and elegant palate leads to a zesty acidity and a lengthy and persistent finish. It can be cellared up to the year 2019.
