Pretty Good

Destemmed and warm plunged, the grapes used to craft this splendid Cabernet Merlot blend were kept on skins and aged in French oak caskets for about 16 months. This resulted in a dry red blend with an alcohol level of 13.5%. Presenting a deep maroon-red hue, its bouquet is teeming with aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and red fruit. The complex and flavoursome palate features juicy layers of cocoa cherry spice, cedar and rosemary that lead to a clean and refreshing finish. A blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Franc and 8% Petit Verdot, this wine shows a cellaring potential of approximately 10 years. It pairs well with spicy dishes and heavy meats.
