Pretty Good

The fruit for this Cab Merlot was sourced from organic vineyards in the Riverland, Langhorne Creek, McLaren Vale, Currency Creek and Eden Valley. Poured into a glass, it reveals deep red hues. The nose offers aromas of plum, blackcurrant, bramble, black pepper, coconut and herbaceous notes of thyme and rosemary. The full-body palate with firm tannins offers lots of red stone fruit characters with overtones of mulberry and blackberry. The palate is full of cinnamon, nutmeg and pepper flavours. This red blend tastes best with pappardelle with mushroom ragù or slow-cooked lamb and double roasted potatoes.

Located in the Langhorne Creek district of South Australia, Temple Bruer Winery produces award-winning wines using sound organic oenological practices. It all started in the early 1970s when David and Barbara Bruer established a small vineyard on a property situated on the main road between the towns of Strathalbyn and Milang, in the grape growing district of Langhorne Creek in South Australia. The winery is 100 percent certified organic and carbon neutral.
