The Block 2 Pinot Gris was produced from clone DV114 grapes planted on ancient soils that are abundant in ironstone. This shiny rose gold liquid exudes lifted rose petal, bergamot pear and quince aromas when swirled in a glass. This wine features a palate bursting with nectarine and intense juicy pear flavours that lead to a clean and crisp finish. To enjoy as an aperitif, chill well before serving. Their minimally invasive winemaking practices, carefully selected vines, and the innate characteristics of the terroir enable them to produce fine and complex flavoured wines that have finesse, structure and clarity.
