Trophy Club is a regular delivery wine service that Just Wines provides to our loyal customers. You will receive a new selection of wines every month, 2 months, or 3 months, as per your plan of choice. This is a great way for you to enjoy the best wines from all around Australia – there are over 6,000 wines on our books, and the best of these are featured in our Trophy Club.
Apart from getting fantastic wines at low prices, other benefits of Trophy Club include:
• A new selection of wines delivered to you every month, 2 months, or 3 months, as the plan of your choice. This is a great way to taste a wide variety of wines from all around Australia (and even the odd wine from NZ!). We also guarantee that we will not repeat a wine within a 12-month period for the Entertainers and Executive Dozens.
• Free delivery on all wine orders. Not only are your regular deliveries freight free, but every time you place an order, you will not have to pay a delivery fee!
• Exclusive offers, wine deals and special discounts just for you. We will also give you priority access to the best wines we have. Some wines may be low in stock, but Trophy Club customers get first dibs on these wines.
• Personalised customer service – we will contact you before each delivery and will adjust the wine delivery service to suit your requirements.
• No lock-in contracts and no membership fees.
Trophy Club deliveries go out every month, 2 months, or 3 months, as per the subscription term you have opted for. Before you are due to receive your delivery, you will be contacted by our Customer Service team. At this point, you can request any adjustments to the delivery. You may want to get more red wines than white wines, or you may want to try a completely different pack. No problems either way - we are flexible and won’t send wines that you don’t want.
You don't have to pay any membership fee to be part of Trophy Club.
There are no lock-in contracts with Trophy Club. You can contact us at any time to adjust your deliveries according to your needs. If you need to skip or cancel a delivery, that is fine. Our Customer Service team will also keep in regular contact with you prior to you receiving your next delivery. At this point, we can make any requested changes to your delivery schedule.
